Tamers' Digimon Theory

Every time someone gets a Digimon, it starts out as a higher level than the
last Digimon someone got.
When Takato, Henry, and Rika get their Digimon, they start out in their Rookie
forms. Also, Impmon is at the Rookie level at this time.
When Jeri gets Leomon, he's in his Champion form.
When Kazu gets Gardromon/Andromon, he's in his Ultimate form. Also, when they
show Ryo in the Digital World, Cyberdramon is an Ultimate as well.
When Kenta gets MarineAngemon, he's in his Mega form. Shortly before this, you
can see Beelzemon as Impmon's Mega form.
